What days are you open?
Do you accept walk ins or same day appointments?
We do not accept walks in as we are by appointment ONLY. We do tend to book out so it's best to schedule in advance but we do have cancellations and may be able to accept same day appointments.
Where is your studio located?
We are off of 6th and Quebec. The exact address will be given at the time of booking. We work out of our private home studio, so the appointment you reserve is just for you. Plenty of free street parking is available.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so within 24 hours of your appointment. Late cancellations will be invoiced 50% and no shows will be charged 100% of the service booked.
We understand things come up at last minute and are very understanding for certain situations.
What is your late policy?
If you are more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, you will be asked to reschedule or your service will be shortened to end at the time it was originally scheduled for if possible. We will not be able to add on extra time to a late appointment as it is not fair to clients after you who show up on time.
What payments do you accept?
We accept Credit Card, Cash, PayPal or Venmo.
